The Architecture Bicycle Tour will include most of the historic attractions of Central Park, including the Zoo, Wollman Rink, Balto, Conservatory Water, most of the monumental statues like Alice in Wonderland, as well as the famous Loeb Boathouse, The Mall and Literary Walk, Bethesda Terrace, and let's not forget to mention the Carousel and The Dairy!

Discover the historic north side, with distinctive architectural designs and remarkable elements that form a special part of the park. You'll visit the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir. This 106-acre water body is 40 feet deep and provides most of the water for the pools in the park. You may also see some seasonal birds if you're lucky.

Bike across many enchanting bridges and arches, though a variety of landscapes leading to Belvedere Castle - a breathtaking romantic edifice. There you'll get a panoramic view of the wildlife habitat, the turtle pond, and the Swedish cottage for the popular puppet theater.

From there, you'll bike around Strawberry Field and see the Imagine mosaic, paying tribute to John Lennon - across the street from the Dakota Apartments.

A short ride past the statue of Angels of the Water takes you to Cherry Hill Fountain, featuring views to the North Lake and The Ramble. A short downhill ride brings you to Bow Bridge, where the famous cast iron design is a prime site for photographs.

Reserve online, or call us toll-free at 888-317-1587. There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Q. Are there restrooms along the route?
~ Yes, there are public restrooms at several points within central park, as well as at restaurants and hotels adjoining the park.
Q. Do you have lockers?
~ No. We suggest you leave luggage or valuables at your hotel, or keep your items in a backpack.
Q. What should I wear and bring with me?
~ Dress comfortably and appropriately for cycling. We recommend you wear seasonally appropriate clothing - not too loose - and closed-toe shoes are a MUST. Don't forget your camera!
Q. I know how to ride a bike, but it has been a while and I may be out of shape. What if I can?t keep up with the group?
~ Although we ride about 4.5 miles, there are a dozen or so stops and the pace is leisurely. With extra tour guides, any stragglers are kept company.
Q. Do I need to make a reservation?
~ In order to guarantee availability of guided tours, it is wise to make a reservation well ahead of time.
Q. Are Gratuities included in the price?
~ Gratuities are not included in the tour price. If you're happy after participating in your tour, the guides greatly appreciate tips!
Q. Do you have baby seats or child attachments?
~ No, but there are smaller kids' bikes - typically suitable for 8 years and up.
Q. Do the bikes have baskets?
~ A basket can be installed on a bike - but there is an extra fee of $5.00 per bike, payable on the day of the tour.
Q. Do you have water bottle holders on the bikes?
~ Yes we do!
Q. Do you sell water, beverages, or snacks at your facility?
~ Yes, beverages, energy bars and snacks are available where you check in for your tour.
Q. Do you offer multi-lingual tours and private tours?
~ Yes, multi-lingual and private tours can be arranged for an additional fee. Please call 888-317-1587 for a quote.

~ Yes - for a group of 12 or more - please call 888-317-1587 and ask for Groups & Charters.
Q. Do you offer helmets and locks?
~ Yes, and all participants are REQUIRED to wear a helmet. Helmets and locks are included in the ticket price.
